Sveriges Bostadsfin repurchases SEK 1.05 billion of notes early

San Diego, March 28 - Sveriges Bostadsfin completed early repurchases of SEK 1.05 billion of notes from four series, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The company completed two repurchases for SEK 750 million and SEK 50 million of its SBAB series 524 notes due June 22, 2011. Following these transactions, SEK 420 million of the notes remains outstanding.

In addition, it repurchased SEK 99 million of its SBAB series 522 notes due Aug. 17, 2011. The outstanding balance of those notes is now SEK 2,906,000,000.

The company repurchased SEK 43 million of its SBAB notes due May 1, 2012, leaving SEK 157 million of the notes outstanding.

Finally, the company repurchased SEK 108 million of SBAB series 523 notes due June 15, 2011. Following this, SEK 1,349,000,000 of the notes remains outstanding.
