Malaysia's Talam to redeem, cancel RM 9.5 million of convertibles

San Diego, March 28 - Talam Corp. Bhd. will redeem and cancel RM 9.5 million of its RM 171,002,000 of five-year redeemable convertible secured loan stocks, according to a company announcement.

Proceeds of RM 9.5 million arising from the sale of two parcels of land will provide funds.

The redemption and cancellation will settle April 19.
