Sveriges Bostadsfin repurchases SEK 75 million of notes early

San Diego, March 24 - Sveriges Bostadsfin completed early repurchases of SEK 75 million of notes from three series, according to a company filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The company repurchased SEK 3 million of its notes due June 15, 2011 (ISIN: XS0433618138), leaving SEK 1.457 billion of the notes outstanding.

It also repurchased SEK 40 million of its series 518 notes due April 14, 2011 (ISIN: XS0418162441). Following this, SEK 1.886 billion of the notes remain outstanding.

In addition, the company repurchased SEK 32 million of its series 527 floating-rate notes due August 2011 (ISIN: XS0444231111). The outstanding balance of those notes is now SEK 268 million.

The repurchases are scheduled to settle on March 25.

The Swedish housing finance corporation is based in Stockholm.
