Texas EFSI calls $314.9 million student loan asset-backed notes

Cleveland, March 10 - The State of Texas EFSI said it will redeem $314.9 million of its variable-rate student loan asset-backed subordinate notes.

The following securities are affected.

• $39.7 million of series 2003B-1 notes due June 1, 2039, to be redeemed March 30;

• $6 million of series 2004B-1 notes due June 1, 2040, to be redeemed March 24;

• $50.5 million of series 2005A-1 notes due June 1, 2041, to be redeemed April 14;

• $45.5 million of series 2005A-2 notes due June 1, 2041, to be redeemed March 24;

• $51.6 million of series 2005A-3 notes due June 1, 2041, to be redeemed April 14;

• $31.2 million of series 2005A-4 notes due June 1, 2041, to be redeemed April 13;

• $41.5 million of series 2005B-1 notes due June 1, 2041, to be redeemed April 13;

• $41.8 million of series 2006A-1 notes due June 1, 2041, to be redeemed March 24; and

• $7.1 million of series 2004A-1 notes due June 1, 2040, to be redeemed March 24.

U.S. Bank, NA is the redemption agent.
