Nassau County, N.Y., Industrial Development calls $25.4 million Amsterdam at Harborside bonds

Madison, Wis., March 7 - The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency of New York will redeem a total of $25.4 million of its Amsterdam at Harborside Project continuing care retirement community bonds, series 2007D, according to notices.

The bonds will be redeemed on April 6 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are $499,985 of $95.1 million of outstanding variable-rate demand revenue bonds due Jan. 1, 2028 and all $24.9 million of outstanding taxable variable-rate demand revenue bonds due Jan. 1, 2028.

Amsterdam at Harborside is a retirement community located in Port Washington, N.Y.
