Indiana Finance's 2005A stadium lease bonds have mandatory tender

By Marisa Wong

Madison, Wis., Feb. 23 - The Indiana Finance Authority said that its stadium project lease appropriation bonds, series 2005 A-4 and A-5, are subject to mandatory purchase on March 10.

The $100 million of outstanding 2005 A-4 bonds and the $100 million of outstanding 2005 A-5 bonds are subject to mandatory tender, because the interest rate on the bonds will be converted to the index interest rate mode from the daily mode, effective March 10.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee for the bonds.
