Omnicare calls $50 million of 6 1/8% notes due 2013 at 101.021

Cleveland, Feb. 10 - Omnicare, Inc. announced that it will redeem $50 million of its $175 million of 6 1/8% senior subordinated notes due June 1, 2013.

The notes will be redeemed on March 11 at 101.021 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

U.S. Bank, NA is the redemption agent.

Omnicare is a Covington, Ky.-based pharmaceutical services company.
