East Bay Municipal Utility, Calif., to redeem $162.82 million bonds

Minneapolis, Dec. 5 - East Bay Municipal Utility District, Calif., announced the conditional redemption of its series 2002A and 2002B water system subordinated revenue refunding bonds, according to a news release.

The district will redeem $81.41 million of its series 2002A bonds and $81.41 million of its series 2002B bonds on Jan. 4.

The district is based in Oakland, Calif.

The Bank of New York Melon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
