Arizona Health Facilities calls some Banner Health 2008 revenue bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Dec. 5 - The Arizona Health Facilities Authority said it would redeem portions of its Banner Health System revenue bonds, series 2008B, C, E, F, G and H, on Jan. 3.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following bonds are affected:

• $1.775 million of $93.725 million series 2008B bonds due Jan. 1, 2035;

• $1.775 million of $93.725 million series 2008C bonds due Jan. 1, 2035;

• $1.895 million of $120.595 million series 2008E bonds due Jan. 1, 2029;

• $1.53 million of $98.82 million series 2008F bonds due Jan. 1, 2029;

• $1.445 million of $93.26 million series 2008G bonds due Jan. 1, 2029; and

• $1.125 million of $72.865 million series 2008H bonds due Jan. 1, 2029.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the agent.

Banner is a Phoenix-based nonprofit health care system.
