New York City calls $2.78 million of series 2004 variable-rate bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 30 - New York City Transit Authority, Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority have called $2.775 million of series 2004 variable-rate certificate of participation, according to a press release.

The following bonds will be called at par plus interest:

• $575,000 of series 2004A-1 notes due Jan. 1, 2018 to be redeemed on Dec. 27;

• $575,000 of series 2004A-2 notes due Jan. 1, 2019 to be redeemed on Dec. 28;

• $550,000 of series 2004A-3 notes due Jan. 1, 2019 to be redeemed on Dec. 29;

• $550,000 of series 2004A-4 notes due Jan. 1, 2030 to be redeemed on Dec. 2; and

• $525,000 of series 2004A-5 notes due Jan. 1, 2030 to be redeemed on Dec. 12.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
