407 International to redeem all C$300 million of 4.65% notes due 2012

Minneapolis, Nov. 18 - 407 International Inc. announced that it will redeem all C$300 million of its 4.65% series 09-A1 senior medium-term notes due Jan. 20, 2012.

The notes will be redeemed on Dec. 19 at C$1,002.64 for each C$1,000 in principal amount plus interest.

407 International owns, operates, maintains, and manages the Highway 407 in Canada. It is based in Woodbridge, Ont.
