Lucas County, Ohio, calls $140.54 million ProMedica hospital bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 17 - Lucas County, Ohio, has called $140.54 million of its 5.375% series 1999 ProMedica Healthcare Obligated Group hospital revenue bonds, according to a release.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus interest on Dec. 16:

• $33.1 million of its notes due Nov. 15, 2023;

• $82.44 million of its notes due Nov. 15, 2029; and

• $25 million of its notes due Nov. 15, 2039.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the bond registrar, tender agent, paying agent and trustee.

ProMedica is a Toledo, Ohio-based healthcare system.
