Indiantown calls $13.13 million 9.77% first mortgage bonds due 2020

Minneapolis, Nov. 15 - Indiantown Cogeneration, LP will redeem $13.13 million in principal amount of 9.77% series A1-10 first mortgage bonds due Dec. 15, 2020, according to a notice for redemption.

The bonds will be redeemed on Dec. 15 at par plus accrued interest.

Following the redemption, the remaining amount on the bonds is $212.06 million.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and agent.

Indiantown owns and operates a non-utility electric generating facility based in Bethesda, Md.
