City and County of San Francisco to redeem $125.3 G.O. bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 14 - The City and County of San Francisco announced the redemption of $125.295 million of general obligation bonds, according to separate news releases.

The following bonds will be redeemed on Dec. 14:

• $12.01 million of its 4.125% series 2002-R1 G.O. bonds due June 15, 2013. The notes will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest up to the redemption date;

• $3.515 million of its 6.75% taxable G.O. affordable housing bonds, series 2001D due June 15, 2014. The notes will be redeemed at par;

• $3.935 million of 3.2%-4.25% zoo facilities G.O. bonds, 1997, series 2002A due 2012-2022. The notes will be redeemed at 100.5;

• $14.675 million of its 3.2%-4.25% branch library facility improvement G.O. bonds, 2000, series 2002B bonds due 2012-2022. The notes will be redeemed at 100.5;

• $14.195 million of its 3.1%-4.25% neighborhood recreation and park facilities improvement G.O. bonds, 2000, series 2003A due 2012-2023. The notes will be redeemed at 101;

• $19.97 million of its 3.1%-4.25% educational facilities G.O. bonds, 1997, series 2003B due 2012-2023. The notes will be redeemed at 101;

• $51.01 million of its 3.5%-5% neighborhood recreation and park facilities improvement G.O. bonds, 2000, series 2004A due 2012-2024. The notes will be redeemed at 102; and

• $5.985 million of its 3.5%-5% California Academy of Sciences improvement G.O. bonds, 2000. series 2004B due 2012-2024. The notes will be redeemed at 102.
