South Carolina Jobs series 2008 revenue bonds cancelled, reissued

Kansas City, Kan., Nov. 10 - University Medical Associates of the Medical University of South Carolina announced the June cancellation and reissue of $62.085 million of series 2008 South Carolina Jobs-Economic Development Authority UMA Refinance Project variable-rate revenue bonds.

The bonds were originally issued in 2008 under a series 2008 bond indenture between the South Carolina Jobs-Economic Development Authority and Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA with the Cusip 837036 DF6.

Effective June 23, the bonds were issued in a new form with the Cusip 837036 DH2. The indenture was also amended effective June 23.
