San Antonio defeases $57.43 million of its electric and gas bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 10 - City Public Service Board of San Antonio announced that it has defeased $57.43 million of its electric and gas systems revenue refunding bonds, new series 2002.

The following notes will be defeased on Feb. 1:

• $1 million of its 3.875% notes due Feb. 1, 2013;

• $38.115 million of its 5.375% notes due Feb. 1, 2016; and

• $18.315 million of its 5.375% notes due Feb. 1, 2017.

The City Public Service Board of San Antonio is an energy services provider.
