Berks County, Pa., Reading Hospital bonds subject to mandatory tender

Kansas City, Kan., Nov. 9 - The Berks County Municipal Authority of Pennsylvania's $100 million of Reading Hospital and Medical Center Project variable-rate revenue bonds series 2009A-5 due May 1, 2032 are subject to a mandatory tender for purchase, according to a notice.

The mandatory purchase of all of the outstanding bonds will be made Jan. 19, 2012.

The Reading Hospital and Medical Center also gave notice that there will be a term tender mode period alteration effective Jan. 18, 2012 to Aug. 2, 2012. The new period will be 196 days and the minimum level of the new term tender bond spread is expected to be 16 basis points.
