San Francisco to redeem $94.075 million of its George R. Moscone Convention Center bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 3 - The Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco announced that it will redeem $94.075 million of its George R. Moscone Convention Center lease refunding bonds, series 2002 and 2004.

The following series 2002 bonds will be redeemed at 101 plus interest on Dec. 2:

• $395,000 of 3.6% bonds due July 1, 2012;

• $405,000 of 3.75% bonds due July 1, 2013;

• $6.535 million of 4% bonds due July 1, 2014;

• $13.5 million of 4% bonds due July 1, 2015;

• $14.045 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2016;

• $14.745 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2017; and

• $15.48 million of 5.25% bonds due July 1, 2018.

The following series 2004 bonds will be redeemed at 102 plus interest on Dec. 2:

• $1.265 million of 4% bonds due July 1, 2012;

• $1.405 million of 4% bonds due July 1, 2013;

• $1.55 million of 4.125% bonds due July 1, 2014;

• $1.705 million of 4.3% bonds due July 1, 2015;

• $1.865 million of 4.4% bonds due July 1, 2016;

• $2.04 million of 4.5% bonds due July 1, 2017;

• $2.225 million of 4.6% bonds due July 1, 2018;

• $2.435 million of 5.25% bonds due July 1, 2019;

• $2.665 million of 5.25% bonds due July 1, 2020;

• $2.83 million of 5.375% bonds due July 1, 2021;

• $2.975 million of 5.375% bonds due July 1, 2022;

• $3.13 million of 5.25% bonds due July 1, 2023; and

• $2.88 million of 5.25% bonds due July 1, 2024.

The Moscone center is a meeting and exhibition facility in San Francisco.
