New York City Municipal Water's 2006AA-3 bonds have mandatory tender

Madison, Wis., Nov. 2 - New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority gave notice that its $100 million of adjustable-rate water and sewer system second general resolution revenue bonds, 2006 sub-series AA-3, are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on Nov. 15.

The bonds will be purchased at par plus accrued interest to the purchase date.

The mandatory tender is due to conversion of the bonds to the daily rate mode from the weekly rate mode.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and tender agent.
