Sun Life Capital Trust to redeem ExchangEable securities-series A

Minneapolis, Nov. 2 - Sun Life Capital Trust, a subsidiary of Sun Life Financial, Inc., announced that it will redeem all of its C$950 million Sun Life ExchangEable capital securities-series A on Dec. 31.

The securities will be redeemed at an amount equal to C$1,000 plus indicated yield to the redemption date.

Sun Life Financial, Inc. is a Toronto-based financial services organization.
