By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 1 - The Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri said it will redeem $76.43 million of its series 2008A, series 2008B and series 2008C variable-rate demand health facilities refunding revenue bonds, which were issued for the Sisters of Mercy Health System.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus interest to, but not including, Nov. 16, the redemption date:

• $21 million of series 2008A notes due June 1, 2016;

• $21.03 million of 2008B notes due June 1, 2016; and

• $34.4 million of 2008C notes due June 1, 2019.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA (800 254-2826) is the trustee.

The authority, based in Chesterfield, Mo., provides access to the capital markets in an effort to lower the cost of health and educational services in Missouri by providing financing alternatives for Missouri public and private, non-profit health and educational institutions.
