Altra buys back $11.9 million 8 1/8% notes in third, fourth quarters

Kansas City, Kan., Nov. 1 - Altra Holdings, Inc. has repurchased a total of $11.9 million of its 8 1/8% senior secured notes, the company announced in a press release.

Altra said it repurchased $8.2 million of the notes in the third quarter and another $3.7 million of the notes in the present fourth quarter.

Altra is based in Quincy, Mass. The company is an automotive parts supplier.
