Community United School District #300, Ill., calls all 2000 G.O.s

Madison, Wis., Oct. 31 - Community United School District #300 will redeem its outstanding series 2000 general obligation school building bonds in full on Dec. 1, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The affected bonds include the following:

• $5 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2013;

• $5.5 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2014;

• $6 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2015;

• $7 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2016;

• $8 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2017;

• $9 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2018;

• $10 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2019; and

• $11 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2020.

The school district is based in Carpentersville, Ill., and includes suburbs in northern Kane County and southeastern McHenry County.
