Annington Finance buys back £3.7 million of its medium-term notes

Kansas City, Kan., Oct. 26 - Annington Finance No. 4 plc announced the early repurchase of £3.7 million of its notes, according to a company announcement.

Annington said it repurchased £2.12 million of its medium-term notes due Dec. 7, 2022 on Monday. Following the transaction, the amount outstanding is £1,439,720,000.

The company said it also repurchased £1.58 million of its medium-term notes due Jan. 10, 2023 on Monday. Following the transaction, the amount outstanding is £968.16 million.

London-based Annington refurbishes and sells former Ministry of Defense homes.
