New Jersey to redeem $690 million of 2001 transportation system bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 18 - The New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority announced it will redeem all $690 million of its series 2001 transportation system bonds at par plus interest to Dec. 15, the redemption date.

The affected bonds include the following:

• $45 million of 6% notes due Dec. 15, 2014;

• $23.46 million of 6% notes due Dec. 15, 2014;

• $72.69 million of 6% notes due Dec. 15, 2015;

• $77.19 million of 6% notes due Dec. 15, 2016;

• $81.96 million of 6% notes due Dec. 15, 2017;

• $87.03 million of 6% notes due Dec. 15, 2018;

• $92.42 million of 6% notes due Dec. 15, 2019; and

• $210.27 million of 5% notes due Dec. 15, 2021.
