New Jersey, Massachusetts authorities call Catholic Health East bonds

Minneapolis, Oct. 17 - New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority and Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority have called three health system revenue bonds issued for Catholic Health East.

The bonds will be redeemed at par on Nov. 15, according to a company releases.

The New Jersey authority will redeem $10,000 of its series 2007E bonds due Nov. 15, 2033. Following the redemption, the outstanding amount will be $1.46 million.

The Massachusetts authority will redeem $35,000 of its series 2007E bonds due Nov. 15, 2032. Following the redemption, the outstanding amount will be $12.43 million.

The authority will also redeem $170,000 of its 6.25% series 2009 bonds due Nov. 15, 2032. Following the redemption the outstanding amount will be $30.49 million.

The Bank of New York Mellon (800 254-2826) is the agent for all three bonds.
