Johnson City, Tenn., health board revises redemption amount of Mountain States Health bonds

Madison, Wis., Oct. 12 - The Health and Educational Facilities Board of the City of Johnson City, Tenn., will redeem $115.135 million of its series 2007B-1 Mountain States Health Alliance hospital revenue bonds due July 1, 2033 on Oct. 19, according to a revised notice.
The issuer originally planned to redeem $141.305 million of the 2007B-1 bonds.
The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and agent.
Mountain States Health Alliance is a hospital system based in Johnson City, Tenn., that serves 29 counties in eastern Tennessee, southwestern Virginia, Kentucky and North Carolina.
