Indiana to redeem all $53.88 million series 2001 health systems bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 11 - The Indiana Health Facility Financing Authority said it will redeem all $53.88 million of its $75 million issued series 2001 health systems revenue bonds, which were issued for the administration building fund project, and all $49.77 million of its series 2001 A state facilities bonds, which were issued for Sisters of St. Francis Health Services, Inc. Obligated Group, at 101 plus interest on Nov. 1.

According to a company news release, affected bonds include the following:

• $14.97 million of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 1, 2021; and

• $38.91 million of 5.5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2031.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA (800 254-2826) is the trustee.
