New York Power Authority calls $77.22 million of 2000 A revenue bonds

Madison, Wis., Oct. 6 - The Power Authority of the State of New York said it refunded and will redeem $77.215 million of its series 2000 A revenue bonds.

The refunded bonds include $10.365 million of 5.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2030 and $66.85 million of 5.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2040.

The bonds will be redeemed on Nov. 15 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

The public power authority is based in White Plains, N.Y.
