Fannie Mae plans to redeem $905 million medium-term notes

Minneapolis, Oct. 5 - Fannie Mae will redeem $905 million of its medium-term notes, according to a press release.

The redemption price will be the principal amount plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The following securities will be redeemed on Oct. 15:

• $75 million of its 1.5% notes due Oct. 15, 2015;

• $100 million of its 3% notes due Oct. 15, 2020;

• $80 million of its 3.15% notes due Oct. 15, 2020;

• $50 million of its 0.65% notes due Oct. 15, 2012;

• $300 million of its 2% notes due Oct. 15, 2025;

• $100 million of its 1.25% notes due Oct. 15, 2025;

• $75 million of its 1.5% notes due Oct. 15, 2015;

• $75 million of its 1.25% notes due Oct. 15, 2015; and

• $50 million of its 2.25% notes due Oct. 15, 2020.
