California authority redeems all 1996 series A pollution control bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 4 - The California Pollution Control Financing Authority said it redeemed all of its 1996 series A pollution control refunding revenue bonds, which were issued for Pacific Gas and Electric Co. in May 1996, at par plus interest and a 2% premium on Sept. 30.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas was the trustee.
