San Francisco airport commission's $154.21 million second series bonds have mandatory tender

Madison, Wis., Oct. 3 - The Airport Commission of the City and County of San Francisco said that its $154.21 million of San Francisco International Airport second series variable-rate revenue refunding bonds, issue 34A/B, were subject to mandatory tender for purchase on Sept. 30.

The bonds were purchased at par plus accrued interest to the purchase date.

The mandatory tender was due to conversion of the bonds to a term rate mode from a weekly mode last Friday.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
