Massachusetts HEFA redeems $198.67 million Partners HealthCare bonds

Cleveland, Jan. 20 - The Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority redeemed $198.67 million of Partners HealthCare System series 2003D revenue bonds due July 1, 2035.

The redemption included $71 million of series D-1 bonds, $79 million of series D-2 bonds and $48.67 million of series D-4 bonds.

The bonds were redeemed on Jan. 20 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The authority is based in Boston. Partners is a Boston-based non-profit health system founded by Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital.
