County of San Diego to prepay $27.59 million Sharp HealthCare 5% COPs

Cleveland, Jan. 18 -The County of San Diego announced that it will prepay $27.59 million of Sharp HealthCare's outstanding 5% certificates of participation due Aug. 15, 2018.

The certificates will be prepaid on Feb. 15 at par plus accrued interest to the prepayment date.

U.S. Bank, NA is the trustee.

Sharp HealthCare was formerly known as the San Diego Hospital Association.
