East Bay Municipal Utility District to redeem $50 million 2008A bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 21 - The East Bay Municipal Utility District said it will redeem all $50 million of its series 2008A wastewater system subordinated revenue refunding bonds due 2033 on Oct. 21.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus interest to, but not including, the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

The public water agency is based in Oakland, Calif.
