National Grid Gas buys back £4.28 million of its 7% bonds due 2024

Madison, Wis., Sept. 8 - National Grid Gas plc announced it repurchased and will cancel £4.28 million of its £503.08 million 7% fixed-rate bonds due Dec. 16, 2024.

Following the repurchase, a total of £300.28 million of the bonds remains outstanding.

National Grid is a London-based gas transmission and distribution company.
