Nashville and Davidson County, Tenn., calls some Vanderbilt bonds

Madison, Wis., Sept. 1 - The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tenn., said it will redeem portions of its series 2000A and 2000B Vanderbilt University bonds on Oct. 1.

The variable-rate bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are $1.6 million of 2000A bonds due Oct. 1, 2030 and $1.6 million of 2000B bonds due Oct. 1, 2030.
