Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, Calif., calls some notes

Madison, Wis., Sept. 1 - The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians of California gave notice that it will redeem portions of its 2006, 2007 and 2008 senior secured notes on Oct. 1.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following notes:

• $12.15 million of $102.815 million of outstanding 6.08% 2006 notes due Oct. 1, 2016;

• $5.825 million of $49.53 million of outstanding 6.44% 2007 notes due Oct. 1, 2016; and

• $9.97 million of $70 million of outstanding 6.25% 2008 notes due Oct. 1, 2015.
