By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 31 - The E-470 Public Highway Authority of Colorado said it is evaluating a potential tender offer for certain bonds.

The authority may redeem all or some of its series 2007 A-2 senior revenue bonds, its series 2007 B-2 senior revenue bonds, its series 2007 C-2 senior revenue bonds, its series 2007 D-2 senior revenue bonds, its series 1997A senior revenue bonds and its series 1997B senior revenue bonds.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. will be the dealer manager of any formal tender offer.

Should the company invite holders to tender their bonds, the solicitation will be distributed within the next 60 days.

Questions may be directed to the authority's acting financial director, Joe Donahue (303 537-3742), or to the authority's financial advisors, Jonathan Heroux (303 820-5848) and Michael Lund (303 820-5872) at Piper Jaffray & Co.

The authority maintains the E-470 toll highway. It is based in Aurora, Colo.
