E-470 Public Highway Authority, Colo., eyes potential tender offers for senior revenue bonds

Madison, Wis., Aug. 27 - The E-470 Public Highway Authority of Colorado said it is considering potential tender offers for all or a portion of certain series of its outstanding senior revenue bonds.

Under consideration for tender offers are the following series of bonds: 2007 A-2, 2007 B-2, 2007 C-2, 2007 D-2, 1997A and 1997B.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. will be the senior manager, George K. Baum & Co. will be the co-senior manager and J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets will be co-managers for the sale of any refunding bonds.
