Nexstar aims to redeem all $5.3 million 13½% PIK notes on Sept. 15

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 16 - Nexstar Broadcasting Group Inc. will redeem all $5.3 million of its 13½% senior subordinated payment-in-kind notes due 2014 on Sept. 15.

The company will pay 109.75 for the notes, plus interest to the redemption date.

Nexstar is an Irving, Texas-based television station operator.
