WebMD buys back $12.9 million, converts $12.7 million 3.125% convertibles in second quarter

Madison, Wis., Aug. 3 - WebMD Health Corp. said it repurchased $12.9 million and converted $12.7 million of its 3.125% convertible notes during the second quarter of 2010.

The company said that as of June 30, $121 million principal amount of the 3.125% convertibles remains outstanding.

WebMD is a New York-based provider of health information services through public and private online portals and health-focused publications.
