New Jersey Health Care Facilities calls $76.74 million Hackensack University Medical Center bonds

Madison, Wis., July 28 - The New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority said it will redeem its $76.735 million of series 2000 Hackensack University Medical Center revenue bonds in full on Aug. 26.

The bonds will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $11.365 million of 6.125% bonds due Jan. 1, 2020;

• $41.61 million of 6% bonds due Jan. 1, 2034;

• $1.515 million of 5.7% bonds due Jan. 1, 2011;

• $1.6 million of 5.8% bonds due Jan. 1, 2012;

• $5.39 million of 5.875% bonds due Jan. 1, 2015; and

• $15.255 million of 6% bonds due Jan. 1, 2025.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
