Domino's buys back $30.4 million notes since start of second quarter

Knoxville, Tenn., July 27 - Domino's Pizza Inc. said it repurchased $20.4 million of its fixed-rate senior notes during the second quarter and $10 million of the notes subsequent to the second quarter.
The second-quarter repurchases resulted in a pre-tax gain of approximately $1.5 million. The remaining repurchases resulted in a pre-tax gain of approximately $700,000.
Domino's is an Ann Arbor, Mich., pizza delivery company.
