Louisville, Jefferson County, Ky., Metropolitan Sewer calls portion of drainage system bonds

Madison, Wis., July 21 - The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District of Kentucky said it will redeem $5.69 million of its $74.485 million of outstanding series 1998A sewer and drainage system revenue bonds on Aug. 19.

The 5% bonds, which are due May 15, 2030, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.
