University of Texas System calls some of three series of revenue bonds

Madison, Wis., July 19 - The board of regents of the University of Texas System gave notice that it will redeem portions of its outstanding revenue financing system refunding bonds, series 2001A, 2007B and 2008B.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Affected are the following bonds:

• $4.3 million of 2001A bonds due Aug. 15, 2013, to be redeemed Aug. 2;

• $495,000 of 2007B bonds due Aug. 1, 2033, to be redeemed Aug. 1;

• $500,000 of 2007B bonds due Aug. 1, 2034, to be redeemed Aug. 1; and

• $16.74 million of 2008B bonds due Aug. 1, 2016, to be redeemed Aug. 1.
