North Carolina Education Assistance calls portion of 2004 O-5 bonds

Madison, Wis., July 14 - The North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority said it will redeem $28.95 million of its $57.85 million of series 2004 O-5 tax-exempt guaranteed student loan revenue bonds on Aug. 13.

The variable-rate bonds due 2034 will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.
