American Public Energy calls $20.4 million of Nation Public Energy gas supply revenue bonds

Madison, Wis., July 9 - The American Public Energy Agency said it will redeem portions of its Nation Public Energy Agency Project gas supply variable-rate revenue bonds, 2003 series A and B, totaling $20.405 million on Aug. 1.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Affected are $10.202 million of the $152.98 million of 2003A bonds due Feb. 1, 2014 and $10.203 million of the $152.98 million of 2003B bonds due Feb. 1, 2014.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent.
