Sveriges Bostadsfin buys back portions of 2011, 2012 notes

Milwaukee, June 22 - Sveriges Bostadsfin has repurchased and will repurchase portions of two series of notes, according to notices.

The company repurchased SEK 250 million of its series 518 notes due April 14, 2011 (ISIN: XS0418162441) on June 22. After the repurchase, SEK 2,426,000,000 of the notes remains outstanding.

Sveriges Bostadsfin said it will also buy back $60.1 million of its notes due March 23, 2012 (ISIN: XS0419217814) on June 24. The outstanding balance after the repurchase will be $155.73 million.

The Swedish housing finance corporation is based in Stockholm.
