Statkraft buys SEK 790 million of Stibor plus 120 bps notes due 2010

Knoxville, Tenn., June 21 - Statkraft AS said it bought back SEK 790 million of its SEK 900 million of Stibor plus 120 bps notes due Oct. 20, 2010.

The electricity company is based in Oslo.
